Looking through a silent actresses photo file, I came across Ruth Elder. I never heard of her, but in a few minutes, I found out she was a very interesting person, especially because she was the first woman to attempt to do what Charles Lindbergh did-fly the Atlantic. Below are more photos and more information about her. It's always fun to learn new things.
