От слез мои губы завяли,
Лобзания не родились…
Несжатое поле печали,
Желаний забытая высь!
Все время то скука дождей,
То снежная гладь на полянах.
Из воспоминаний туманных,
В душе притаившись моей,
Два волка глаза устремили
На жертвы и молча глядят
На кровь убиенных ягнят,
Схороненных в снежной могиле.
И светится только луна
В печали своей монотонной,
И в холоде осени сонной
Спит страсть, голодна и больна.

The Royal Collection

Королевская арт-коллекция насчитывает  ~7,000 полотен и  ~3,000 миниатюр и является одной из крупнейших в Европе. Коллекция отражает вкусы британских монархов в течение последних 400 лет. Как ни странно, картины  до сих пор не каталогизированы. Основную часть коллекции составляют портреты, но также нередки и работы фламандских мастеров и религиозные сюжеты.  Гордость коллекции составляет Self-Portrait in a Flat Cap Рембрандта.

  Братья Стругацкие в романе "Отягощённые злом, или Сорок лет спустя" рассказывают исторический анекдот о просмотре Вождём эпохальной киноленты "Незабываемый 1919-й": "И когда фильм окончился, товарищ Сталин с трудом поднялся и, ни на кого не глядя, произнёс с напором: "Нэ так всо это было. Савсэм нэ так"." Те же самые слова Иосиф Виссарионович мог бы сказать, просмотрев фильм "Золотой ключик, или Приключения Буратино". Популярную в годы кровавых репрессий детскую сказку, написанную придворным литератором, он наверняка читал. И в ней действительно "нэ так всо было", как мы привыкли думать, наивно глядя в голубой экран.

2016 Lamborghini Ankonian Concept

"Following the Lamborghini tradition I named the car 'Ankonian' after the bull type which is famous for his black hair (that's why I chose black).

The concept is a mid-engined supercar that is not "green", but yet shows environmental responsibility, and therefore is downsized.

I didn't choose the today's mid-engine supercar cliches(extreme width, cab forward, aggressive graphical elements), but a rather narrow body, cab backward classical GT silhouette, and complexity/combination of soft and angular surfaces. Instead of showing power and aggression through some wild graphical elements (for example headlights) I achieved the same through the complexity of the main body which is rather softly designed, (and has a flair of the Italian elegance), and the angular, stealthy and sharp elements which remind of shields.

Concerning the design language, I put the Reventon style to the next level, even more aggressive and crazy, but yet elegant, and more harmonious.

The main themes behind the concept, which actually make the chosen design language even stronger, are underground and hardcore. This is achieved by the triangular forms, for example, but mostly with the color combination of shiny black and matt dark grey. "
